Corporate Development Manager

Mission

  • Strategy development & coordination of corporate governance to ensure the companies objectives.
  • Support the MB in making sure the strategy execution is followed up & aligned within SN & with the LHG.
  • Coordinate all projects within SN through a transparent PMO governance.

Key Result Areas

Strategy & corporate development

  • SN’s Strategy Development : safeguard the vision, escalate when needed, regular update the process for the company vision & strategy implementation, analysis of data that confirms or challenges the strategy
  • Align with different SN stakeholders (eg. Controlling, Network etc.) but also outside of SN towards the LHG
  • Prepare and support discussions for the MB & EMB but also towards the different departments
  • Promote continuous (cost) improvement culture within the organization

MB Support

  • Prioritization of workload in the day-to-day activities of the MB members
  • Provide information, support, presentations, storytelling, briefings …
  • Promote corporate governance while also remain practical and efficient
  • Moderate meetings, taking meeting minutes & ensure a follow-up of the requested actions

PMO

  • KPI’s & reporting: follow up on the metrics & the departments on how to further improve company results
  • Manage a portfolio of diverse projects & initiatives & follow up
  • Anticipate issues within projects, work together with project leads towards finding solutions or ideas & escalate when required
  • Coordinate project landscape within SN in a transparent way
  • Support Project Leads for reporting via Clarity
  • This position reports to the Head of Corporate Development

Profile 

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in project management or complex transversal topics
  • University degree or equivalent is an asset
  • Project management skills
  • Stress resistant / reliable / discrete
  • Ability to synthesize & prepare high level presentations, ability to change perspectives
  • Strong organizational skills - multitasker
  • Able to motivate/inspire involved stakeholders to successfully drive the change using a range of soft skills
  • Logical and fact-driven
  • Comfortable with figures & analytical skills
  • Able and willing to challenge the status quo
  • Persuasive and comfortable in dealing with senior management
  • Action oriented, drive to find solutions and focused on results/ outcomes rather than process
